FESTIVAL DE LA FAMILIA ARTS EXHIBIT
SUNDAY, APRIL 27 TH , 2008

Requirements :

  1. Applicants must submit a personal biography or resume with their application. In addition please be sure to include:
    • Relevant biography information along with a portfolio depicting your previous exhibits, gallery showings, cultural or art shows.
    • Sample photos of the art to be displayed and all dimensions.
    • Electronic images, resumes, and biographies can be submitted to art-exhibits@festivaldelafamilia.org
    • PLEASE NOTE : Hard copy photo samples, resumes, etc., will NOT be returned.
  1. All art work for sale at the Festival de la Familia (FDLF) Art Exhibit must be the creation of the Exhibitor.

    No items bought or otherwise obtained from a non-exhibitor are allowed to be sold by exhibitor.
  1. Exhibitors should be aware that FDLF provides only general liability insurance for the event. General Liability insurance coverage does not protect your work in case of damage or theft at the event. You may wish to obtain your own insurance coverage to insure you art work.
  2. Artists must be personally present during the Festival's hours of operation.
  3. The Art Exhibitions Committee and FDLF reserve the right and discretion for acceptance of Artists into the FDLF Art Exhibit.

Application Processing Fee : There is a $25 application fee, nonrefundable.

Sales Fee : To sell artwork at FDLF, you have an additional, nonrefundable $25 fee. FDLF accepts cashier's check, cash or money order, for each application.

All selling artists are responsible for obtaining a seller's permit.

All fees must be submitted after completing the on-line process. There is a $25 late fee for applications posted to the database after the deadline, or not enclosing all fees.

Cancellations: There is a 50% cancellation fee for those who withdraw after their application and application fees have been accepted by the Art Exhibit Committee and FDLF for all artisans selling work.

Deadline: ALL APPLICATION FEES MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, MARCH 28, 2008.
