Art Exhibit 2008

Dear Artista,

We are getting ready for this year's Art Exhibit for Festival de La Familia on Sunday, April 27 th 2008. Please take a moment and look over the information below.

2008 SET-UP:
Saturday, April 26 th 2008
Hours: 10 a.m.—10 p.m.

• Building A - at Cal Expo (maps will be provided at a later date)
• Nails, screws, hooks, hammers will be provided for your use. We will NOT provide wire.
• All areas are assigned. You are not allowed to move without permission from the Art Exhibit Chair.
• Hand written labels are NOT allowed. Please make appropriate labels on white foam board.  

DAY OF EVENT:
SUNDAY, APRIL 27 th 2008
Hours: 10 a.m.—6:30 p.m.

• As an Exhibiting Artist, you are required to be at your exhibit area between 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• This year, we will provide every 3 to 4 artists with 2 volunteer exhibition workers. They will assist you in your area so that you may take a break from time to time. PLEASE NOTE: FDLF Volunteers ARE NOT trained / paid professional arts workers. They volunteer their services, and will not be responsible for theft, damage, or any matter concerning your art works.
• It is important to stay on site, but we hope that your volunteers will make the day easier for you. Please remember, if you are not present during these hours, FDLF will consider this for next year's Art Show and you may not be allowed to return as an exhibitor.  

BREAKDOWN:
Sunday April 27 th , 2008
Time: 7:00 p.m.

• Do not begin breaking down your exhibit before 7 p.m.!
• You will be allowed to bring your vehicle on grounds after 7:30 p.m.    

ENTRY TICKETS & PARKING PASSES will be handed out on SET-UP date. Each artist will receive 2 tickets and 1 parking pass.
