[April 10, 2010] Dear Festival de la Familia Friends/Volunteers,

You participation in the Festival de la Familia is greatly appreciated, and your involvement enhances the day with your support. It is a community of volunteers that operates the Festival for the one-day event that includes the educating of over 20,000 visitors about the rich cultures, custom, music and food of 20 Latino countries. The Festival in years pass has been a great success because of the commitment of volunteers like you, and as always we aim to enhance the event every year.

Each volunteer is required to attend ONE Volunteer orientation to understand the responsibilities and opportunities that volunteering for the Festival de la Familia has. We have scheduled two sessions on the evening of April 15, 2010 and two sessions on the morning of April 17, 2010 to ensure your convenience. A third session has been schedule for the morning of Saturday April 24, 2010. The first two orientation sessions are limited in space, so we highly recommend that you RSVP for the orientation you would like to attend.
